This study investigated the relationship between instructional resource availability and teaching effectiveness among 94 public secondary Home Economics teachers in Cluster 13, Division of Davao City. It specifically aimed to evaluate the levels of available facilities, materials, and technological support while determining which resource indicators significantly influence instructional quality. A quantitative correlational research design was employed, utilizing a descriptive survey approach to systematically gather data from the respondents. A validated five-point Likert scale questionnaire served as the primary data collection instrument. The gathered data were analyzed using mean scores to describe the level of variables, Pearson's r correlation to identify relationships, and multiple linear regression to determine the significant predictors of teaching effectiveness. The findings revealed that overall instructional resource availability was rated High, indicating that most schools possess adequate materials and support for instruction. However, the adequacy of facilities and equipment was only rated Moderate, with notable shortages in essential tools such as sewing machines and other specialized equipment necessary for skill-based activities. Despite these gaps, teaching effectiveness remained consistently High across all domains, particularly in lesson delivery and content mastery. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant relationship between variables, identifying technological support and resource accessibility/utilization as the only significant predictors of effectiveness. To improve Home Economics education, it is recommended that the Department of Education prioritize funding for specialized equipment and technological infrastructure. School administrators may implement better resource management systems to ensure accessibility. Furthermore, teachers may engage in professional development focused on technology integration to maximize the impact of available digital tools on student learning.
