The participants were composed of ten (10) selected Home Economics Junior High School teachers from Central District of Tagum City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and focus-group discussions and analyzed using thematic analysis. The purpose was to provide valuable knowledge to help teachers adapt their instructional methods to meet the needs of modern learners. The findings revealed three major themes: first, innovative teaching techniques included integrating technology into Home Economics instruction, engaging students through project-based and experiential learning, and employing differentiated instruction and personalized learning approaches; second, coping mechanisms for challenges included flexible instructional strategies, ongoing professional development, and peer collaboration and mentorship; and third, educational management insights emphasized that technology integration enhances student engagement and learning outcomes, experiential learning fosters practical skill development, and mentorship supports teachers in overcoming challenges. The insights from this study offer practical guidance for teachers seeking to refine their teaching methods and better address the diverse needs of learners in contemporary classrooms.
